Tullibardine has been distilling single malt whisky since 1949, making 2024 our 75th year of creating our pure Highland gold.

In 1947 the distillery we know today was created by distillery specialist William Delme-Evans; the first to be built in Scotland since 1900. Two years later, our whisky was flowing through the stills and continued to flow until 1993 when the distillery was unfortunately mothballed for ten years.

This bottling is a very special pre-mothball era cask from 1993, a significant year and age to toast this momentous anniversary. First aged in bourbon, the spirit was given a lengthy 8 year secondary maturation in virgin oak. 

The nose is a heavy mix of wood sugars, vanilla pastries and honey.  Permeated with nectar and blossom, the untouched layers of virgin oak give incredible body and a honeyed sweetness on the palate.

This very rare bottling is individually numbered, limited to just 325 bottles and comes in a stunning wooden gift box.
